Flamenco de Flandes is a Belgian–Spanish flamenco production house based in Roeselare, dedicated to the creation and presentation of contemporary flamenco at a high artistic level. From Flanders, Flamenco de Flandes brings together internationally renowned artists in performances where tradition, craftsmanship and artistic innovation meet.
Under the artistic direction of percussionist and flamenco producer Ramón León Matías, Flamenco de Flandes develops its own productions rooted in the essence of flamenco: compás, emotion and direct communication with the audience. The focus lies on authentic artistic collaboration, musical depth and strong dramaturgical structure, without losing the raw and living character of flamenco.
